The average temperature for February 2019 averaged 35.6°F and was 1.6°F above normal.  The month ranked as the 15th warmest such month on record (since 1977) and the warmest since 1983. The month was also the 4th consecutive month with above normal temperatures. There were 14 days that averaged near to below normal. There were 5 days with maximums of 50°F or higher and 3 days with maximums of 60°F or higher. Temperature extremes included 67°F on the 5th and 8°F on the 1st.

Precipitation totaled 3.64 inches and was .88 of an inch above normal. The month ranked as the 17th wettest such month on record and the wettest such month on record since 1983 and was also the 2nd consecutive such month with above normal precipitation. Snowfall was again below normal in February with only 4.0 inches (39%).  The month tied with February 1990 as the 10th least snowiest such month on record.  The month was also the 3rd consecutive month with below normal snowfall and the 2nd consecutive such month with below normal snowfall. There were 12 days with measurable precipitation. The most to fall in a 24-hour period was1.99 of an inch on the 20*-21th.  There were only 7 clear days and 10 overcast days.
