The average temperature for October was 51.1°F (+4.7°F) and tied with November 2021 as the 4th warmest such month on record (since 1977) and the warmest since 1990.  The month was also the 4th consecutive such month with above normal temperatures.  There were 9 days that temperatures averaged below or near normal.  There were 13 days with maximums of 60°F or higher and 5 days with maximums of 60°F or higher and 2 days with maximums of 80°F.  Temperature extremes included 82°F on the 6th and 30°F on the 30th.
